Answers
Is there an easier way to set up a whole year's schedule than setting each day by hand?
Yes. Just run the Schedule Wizard. From the Calendar Tool, click on the
button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Why can't I copy and paste information out of the reports that I create with Custody Toolbox?
Copying and Pasting data from the reports is disabled in the trial version of Custody Toolbox. When you purchase it, you'll not only be able to copy and paste from the reports, but you'll also be able to save the reports so you can edit them in MS Wordpad (included in all versions of windows), MS Word, Wordperfect, etc.
Is there a way to e-mail a calendar printout to someone?
Although Custody Toolbox doesn't have a way to do this by itself, you can get it done with Primo PDF, a free program that allows you to create PDF documents as easily as printing. Just use it to create a PDF version of the calendar printout, then e-mail that file to whomever you want. You can find Primo PDF at http://www.primopdf.com
Yes, you can. Click on Edit, Options from the main menu bar, uncheck the option that reads "Format Phone Numbers (U.S. Style)," then click on OK.
Will Custody Toolbox figure out the percentage of time spent with each caregiver?
Yes it will, in a couple of ways. For a quick glance at the percentage of time with each caregiver for a given calendar month, just look at the status bar at the bottom of the calendar. For a more detailed report on the percentage of parenting time for any given date range, run the "Parenting Time Report", available on the "Print Reports" screen.
Yes. Just select "Shared Day" instead of one of the caregiver names when setting the custody information for a day. A dialog will then pop up asking you how many hours your child(ren) spent with each caregiver that day. If you use the schedule wizard to set up the schedule, the split days will be populated automatically and an event will automatically be added to each switch day reminding you of the switch time.
